What are the product dimensions? How can I tell if the set will fit my space?
A: Our seat cushions are 6 inches thick, and the seat backs are 28 inches high. Exact dimensions vary by product, so please refer to the dimension diagram and specifications on the product page for the measurements of each piece.
Before ordering, we recommend measuring your patio, porch, balcony, or other intended space and comparing those measurements with the product dimensions. Be sure to leave enough room to move around the furniture comfortably.

Does the furniture require assembly? Are the tools included?
A: Assembly requirements vary by product. Please refer to the product manual for detailed instructions.
For our Swivel Glider Chair, approximately 85% of the chair comes pre-assembled. One person can typically finish the remaining assembly in under 15 minutes, and the necessary assembly tools are included in the package.
What materials are used? Is the furniture rust-resistant and water-resistant?
A: Our furniture features a three-layer anti-rust metal frame and low-maintenance fabric designed for outdoor use. The frame is designed to resist rust, while the fabric offers water resistance for everyday outdoor conditions.
For best results, we recommend protecting your furniture from prolonged exposure to moisture and severe weather whenever possible.
Are the cushions included? Can I remove and wash them? Can I buy replacement cushions separately?
A: Yes! The cushions are included with the furniture set. The cushion covers are removable and washable, making them easy to clean and maintain. Please follow the care instructions to keep them looking their best.
We don't currently sell replacement cushions separately.
What is the weight capacity of the chairs and sofa?
A: Weight capacity varies by furniture type:
Swivel Glider Chair: Up to 350 lbs
Stationary Chair: Up to 260 lbs
3-Seat Sofa: Up to 780 lbs total

Is shipping free? Which areas do you deliver to?

Does the furniture come with a protective cover? Can I purchase one separately?
A: Protective covers are not currently included with our furniture sets, and we do not currently sell them separately. If protective covers become available in the future, we'll share the update on our website.
How long does it take to ship and deliver my order?
A: We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. For a more accurate estimate, please check the estimated delivery date displayed on the product page.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
A: It depends on the product you order. Some furniture sets ship in a single package, while others are shipped in multiple boxes that may arrive separately.
