Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

PONDET currently ships only to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Armed Forces addresses in the Americas, Europe, or Pacific.
PONDET offers free standard shipping on orders delivered to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Our current estimated timelines are:
  • Order processing: 1–3 business days;
  • Carrier transit: 7–10 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Large furniture orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and packages from the same order may arrive on different dates.

Section 8 — Returns and Refunds

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To qualify for a non-defective return, the product must:
  • Be unused;
  • Be unassembled;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Meet the other eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible non-defective returns:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • PONDET does not charge a restocking fee;
  • Standard outbound shipping is provided free of charge, so there is no original standard shipping charge to refund.
Do not send a return to any address without first contacting PONDET and receiving return authorization and return instructions.
Once an approved refund has been processed, we will notify you using the email address associated with your order. After the refund has been processed, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Section 9 — Damaged, Defective, Missing, Lost in Transit, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact:

Please provide:

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue;
  • Photos of the shipping carton and packaging, where relevant.
After reviewing and verifying the issue, PONDET will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
A resolution may include:
  • Replacement parts;
  • A replacement item; or
  • A refund.
Claims involving verified product defects, shipping damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors are handled separately from standard non-defective returns.
Packages confirmed as lost in transit are handled under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy. PONDET will resolve confirmed in-transit losses at no additional cost to the customer.

Section 10 — Order Changes and Cancellation Requests

If you need to request a change or cancellation to an order, please contact support@pondet.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any eligible return after delivery will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
If an order is canceled by PONDET after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order or item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Section 11 — One-Year Limited Warranty

Products purchased directly through the official PONDET website may be covered by PONDET's One-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the terms, exclusions, and claim procedures described in our Warranty Policy.
The warranty applies to covered products and components for one year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to eligible orders placed directly through the official PONDET website.
If a PONDET product was purchased through:
  • Amazon;
  • Walmart;
  • Another online marketplace;
  • A retail partner;
  • A distributor;
  • A reseller; or
  • Another third-party sales channel,
please contact the original seller or platform where the product was purchased for warranty and after-sales support.
