PONDET is operated by PONDET LIMITED. We currently ship our products only within the 48 contiguous United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to:
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • American Samoa
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Armed Forces addresses in the Americas, Europe, and Pacific
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

PONDET offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Order Processing Time

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If additional information is required to process your order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery normally takes 7–10 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, delivery location, address issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after the shipment has been created.

Multiple Packages

Because we ship large furniture items, an order may be delivered in multiple packages.
Packages from the same order may arrive separately or on different delivery dates. If multiple tracking numbers are available, they may be provided separately.
We recommend waiting until all packages have arrived before beginning assembly.

Delivery Delays

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@pondet.com with your order number and available tracking information. Our customer support team will review the shipment status and assist with the next steps.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package may be lost in transit, please contact us at support@pondet.com and provide:
  • Your order number;
  • Your tracking number; and
  • A brief description of the issue.
We will review the shipment status and, where necessary, work with the carrier to investigate the package.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit while under the carrier’s control, PONDET will be responsible for resolving the issue at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:
  • A replacement shipment; or
  • A refund to the original payment method.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and available carrier information before contacting us.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pondet.com as soon as possible.
Please provide:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage
  • Photos of the shipping carton and packaging, where available
We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping damage claims are handled separately from our One-Year Limited Warranty.

Returns

Do not send a product to any address without first contacting PONDET and receiving return authorization and return instructions.
