One-Year Limited Warranty

PONDET is operated by PONDET LIMITED. We stand behind the quality of our outdoor furniture and are committed to providing support for eligible products purchased directly from the official PONDET website.
Subject to the terms and exclusions described below, all covered PONDET products and components are covered by a one-year limited warranty against verified defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
This warranty is separate from our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Who Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty applies only to:
  • The original purchaser of the product;
  • Products purchased directly from the official PONDET website;
  • Products used for normal residential, non-commercial purposes.
This warranty is not transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.

Orders Purchased Through Other Sales Channels

This Warranty Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official PONDET website.
Warranty claims for products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, another online marketplace, a retail partner, distributor, reseller, or any other third-party sales channel are not processed under this PONDET website Warranty Policy.
Please contact the original seller or platform where the product was purchased for warranty and after-sales support.

Warranty Period

All covered products and components are covered for one year from the original date of purchase.
Covered components include:
  • Cushions;
  • Wicker;
  • Hardware;
  • Structural components; and
  • Other original components supplied with the product.
The warranty period does not restart or extend when a replacement part or component is provided.
Any replacement part or component supplied under an approved warranty claim will remain covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

What Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal residential use.
Examples may include:
  • A verified manufacturing defect in the product structure;
  • A defect in wicker, cushions, hardware, or other covered components;
  • A covered component that fails during normal residential use because of a verified defect in materials or workmanship.
All warranty claims are subject to review and verification by PONDET.

What Is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Normal fading, discoloration, or weathering caused by outdoor exposure;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use;
  • Improper assembly or failure to follow assembly instructions;
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications;
  • Improper cleaning or unsuitable cleaning products;
  • Improper storage or failure to reasonably protect the product;
  • Accidents, impacts, drops, or other external causes;
  • Pet damage, stains, scratches, chewing, or other animal-related damage;
  • Mold, mildew, or damage caused by improper maintenance or storage;
  • Extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other events outside PONDET’s reasonable control;
  • Commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-residential use;
  • Damage caused by moving, transporting, or reinstalling the product after delivery;
  • Cosmetic conditions that do not affect the normal function or structural integrity of the product.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.

Return Policy and Warranty Coverage

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items reported within the 30-day return window are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
After the 30-day return window, eligible defects in materials or workmanship may be covered under this Warranty Policy for the remainder of the one-year warranty period.
Packages confirmed as lost in transit are handled under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy and are not treated as warranty claims.

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

Shipping damage and packages confirmed as lost in transit are handled separately from this Limited Warranty.
If your order is damaged during delivery or confirmed as lost in transit, please contact support@pondet.com.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, PONDET will determine an appropriate resolution based on the verified issue and the availability of replacement components.
An approved resolution may include:
  • Replacement cushions or cushion components;
  • Replacement wicker or related components;
  • Replacement hardware;
  • Replacement structural components; or
  • Other eligible replacement parts.
PONDET may provide the specific replacement component needed to address the verified issue rather than replacing the entire product.
The warranty does not automatically entitle the customer to:
  • A full product replacement;
  • A refund;
  • An exchange for a different product; 
  • Compensation for normal wear and tear.
