Secure Payment Processing

All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible only for the final order amount displayed at checkout. PONDET does not charge additional payment processing fees.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

PONDET will process approved refunds within 1–3 business days. After processing, funds are normally returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
